ARCHITECTUAL CONTROL
Fences: When constructing a fence, please ensure that it conforms to the architectural guidelines for fencing. If it is to be a board fence and you fully intend to comply with the 4 foot height guideline and intend to cut the fence down to size after construction, please so notify the Architectural Control Committee so they are aware in advance. This aids in alleviating misconceptions of others as to the approved fence size while it is undergoing construction.
CURRENT PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Updating of Ownership: Whenever you sell your house and/or property, please keep the Association informed of the new owners' names and address where they may receive mail from the MPOA. This will aid in the welcoming of newcomers and ensuring new owners are kept appraised of Association functions.
GARBAGE DAY PICKUP REMINDER
While we all might have a trash pickup service, the days of pickup will most likely vary. In any event, the trash has to be put out in advance to be picked up, whether it is bagged or in trash cans. To help maintain our communities appearance, please remove empty trash cans from street side as promptly as feasible after trash collection.
