We are the Merrywood Estates Property Owners Association. Merrywood is conveniently located in unincorporated area 3 miles East of Folsom, Louisiana amid rolling hills that are home to Horse Facilities, Ranches, Estates and Nurseries. The purpose of your property owners association is to promote and protect the quality of life along with the residential characteristics of all Merrywood Estates properties.
There are Covenant Restrictions within Merrywood Estates. If you intend to purchase an undeveloped property, or extend any existing structures, contact MPOA as listed on the Architectural Committee page.
The only farm animal allowed are Horses. No Chickens or Other Fowl; No Mini Breeds other than Horse.

Membership Fee is a nominal $30 per year as we are a community that strives to keep quality of life high and expenses low.
